Managing Director

Mr. Niehaus is Managing Director of Oakpoint Fund Services LLC which he founded in June 2006. Prior to forming Oakpoint, Mr. Niehaus spent over eight years as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of the Clarion Group, an investment management and business advisory firm.

The Clarion Group of entities included a full service investment management and financial advisory firm, a domestic hedge fund, an offshore hedge fund and a venture capital fund organized as a Small Business Investment Company. In his role at Clarion, Mr. Niehaus gained extensive experience in fund accounting, fund administration, investor reporting and investor relations. The Clarion Group remains a client of Oakpoint.

Mr. Niehaus began his professional career in 1986 as an auditor in the privately-held business division of Arthur Andersen & Co. From 1990 to 1997, he worked in the accounting department of McDonald Investments, a full service regional investment banking, investment advisory and brokerage firm, where he advanced to Controller.

Mr. Niehaus is a graduate of John Carroll University (BSBA, 1983) and Cleveland State University (Masters of Accountancy and Financial Information Systems, 1986). He is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Series 7 Licensed Representative.

Carrie S. Warthman

Senior Manager

Mrs. Warthman started at Oakpoint Fund Services LLC in February 2008. She is currently a Senior Manager.

Mrs. Warthman began her professional career as an auditor at Price Waterhouse LLP from 1994-1997. She performed audits and due diligence for clients in public, private, and government sectors. Her role included planning audit testing, leading staff on audit, performing substantive testing, documenting audit work, and preparing financial statements and annual reports.

From 1999-2000, Mrs. Warthman worked as a Senior Accountant in the finance department of Pennsylvania Fashions, a clothing retailer. Her role included budgeting and forecasting, month-end and year-end closings, and preparing financial statements.

Mrs. Warthman is a graduate from Miami University (BS, 1994). She became a Certified Public Accountant in 1996.
